DVD-Italian DVDs please			Please stop by the Circulation Desk and let us know if you want language DVDs or movies in Italian. Unfortunately, the language tapes may be too expensive.  If you are interested in learning the language, the Public Library has a program called Mango that may be helpful.  Again, stop by and we will show you how to access it.

Book – TEAS testing book	We own several TEAS testing books.  They are currently checked out, but please ask a librarian for assistance as we can show you how to place a Hold Request on the book so you will be the next in line to read it, as soon as it is available.
YA Book – Willow by Julia Hoban	Thank you for this suggestion.  This title is currently available as an eBook.  We will look into getting a print copy but if you are interested in reading it as an eBook, come to the Circulation Desk and we will show you how to put it on an eReader. (Kindle, iPad, Nook, etc.)
YA Book – Punished by Vanessa Steel	Thank you for this suggestion.  We will look into getting a print copy.
Comments – Need: Wireless printing.  Printer doesn’t work regularly.	Thank you for this comment.  We have been told IT is working on a wireless printing solution. We will forward your comment to the IT department.
Comment- Need electric outlets available @ ALL tables	Unfortunately, we are unable to add electricity to all tables.  The building is already almost completely ‘maxed out’ in terms of electricity.  The Facilities department is currently working on adding the last possible electrical outlets. This project should be completed very soon.
Comment – Please fix the right hand sink in the lower ladies room faucet.  It won’t stay on to wash!	Thank you for letting the Library staff know of this concern.  We will forward it to the Facilities department.

Comment – Fax machine made available for student use.  Many students have requested.	Thank you for this comment.  We will mention this to the Business department. There are a number of ‘free’ fax services online if you have a scanned document.  The Library has a scanner and you may want to consider this option. This type of services works for ‘short’ documents and a limited number of faxes per day.  Advertisements are often placed on the cover page. (i.e. faxzero.com).  ScanR-fax lets you fax from your cell phone.  The SCF Library & college do not endorse either of these services.  You should look them over carefully and pay attention to any fine print before you use them.
Comments – This is a 4 year school now! Library needs to be open much later like USF & much longer on Friday & definitely open both weekend days.  ALL DAY!	Thank you for this comment.  With tight budgets, this is a concern.  We bring this to the attention of the Library Director.
Comment – Please notify me by text and not email, because I don’t check my email every day.  My phone is always with me!	Thank you for this comment.  Currently we provide text notification of call numbers from the catalog. We are looking into options for notifying student by text and not just email.

Thank you for this comment.  Double sided printing, if we had it, would incur a .10 cent charge per side.  We have been told we are unable to have double sided printing due to setup settings. Comment – WE NEED double sided printed pages.  It takes no effort at all and will save paper & money for students drastically.  SAVE PAPER SAVE TREES!
